The Mysti's Story
Mysti's Adult & Family Services was born from the profound loss of Mysti Bluee, a mother, artist, activist, and big-rig driver. Her death during the pandemic inspired her son, CEO Giovanne Schachere, to found the organization in her honor. The Oregon Division holds the same standard of care as our California and Washington divisions.

Housing First
We provide immediate, stable housing as the first step toward recovery. Our approach prioritizes people's right to a home, ensuring no exceptions are made for those experiencing homelessness.
Lived Experience
Our team is led by individuals who have walked the path of recovery. This lived experience drives our wraparound support, ensuring services are grounded in real-world success and trauma-informed care.
Compliant & Auditable
We maintain the highest standards of privacy and documentation. Our staff are HIPAA-trained and follow documented standards, ensuring every interaction is auditable and compliant with Oregon Health Authority requirements.
Culturally Responsive
We provide services in both English and Spanish, recognizing the diverse backgrounds of our community. Our approach is multilingual and respectful of cultural nuances to ensure every person feels seen and heard.
